Visit New Hampshire: Blake's Restaurant

While in New Hampshire, we dined at family-friendly eatery Blake's Restaurant, primarily because they are known for their housemade ice cream!

I have a thing for Waffle Fries, so I couldn't resist ordering the Wiesies Cheesy Fries. Seasoned waffle fries were topped with melted cheddar, bacon bits, jalapenos, and sour cream. It was hard not to share!

For my dinner I decided to order the Grilled Cheddar Cheese with Bacon - something simple since I knew I would be indulging in a lot of waffle fries. It was so yummy!

The Blake's Special Burger was topped with cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion.

Kids Meals are very reasonably priced - nothing over $5. The Combo Meal consists of Mac 'N Cheese and a Hot Dog.

Even though we were all pretty stuffed from dinner, we made sure to leave room for dessert!

The ice cream was delish!  Definitely some of the best ice cream we've had anywhere (and we've tried a lot!).

Service was a little on the slow side, but our server was very friendly.
