Terrasoul Superfoods

My kids love when I make them smoothies for "after distance learning snack."  I searched online for superfood ingredients to add to the smoothies, and I found Terrasoul Superfoods' Pitaya, Acai, and Spirulina powders.

I was already a fan of their coconut flakes, and turns out they have an entire line of superfoods!

I tried each of the powders in smoothies and smoothie bowls, and the kids loved them all.

The base was 2 frozen bananas, 1 cup ice, 1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt - all blended until smooth, and then I mixed in whatever fruits I had on hand - raspberries, blackberries, oranges.

Acai
As for the toppings, I'd add flax seed, hemp hearts, coconut flakes, granola, and more berries.

Pitaya

The kids look forward to the smoothies daily (even on weekends!).

I look forward to trying out more Terrasoul products!

My kids have been loving the smoothies I've been making them for mid-morning snacks.  The latest was a Blackberry Smoothie Bowl!

I simply took 1/4 c ice, 1/2 c Greek yogurt, 1/2 c frozen blackberries, and 1 apple banana, and blended until smooth.

Top with sliced bananas, granola, shredded coconut, and hemp hearts!

This has been their favorite smoothie bowl so far!

Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

My kids have been enjoying smoothies in the afternoon (their "After-Distance-Learning-Snack"), and the latest smoothie was a Chocolate Smoothie Bowl, using Malama Mushrooms' Lion's Mane Cacao Mix.

I simply took 1/2 c plain Greek yogurt, 1 banana, 1/2 c crushed ice, and 1 teaspoon Malama Mushrooms' Lion's Mane Cacao Mix, and blended until smooth.  I poured the smoothie into a bowl, topped with strawberries, bananas, granola, and toasted shredded coconut, and drizzled with peanut butter.
