Mangiamo by 604

I used to go to Sam Snead's a lot, which eventually changed to Seven Palms Bar & Grille and then Irons Table & Tavern.  I'm not sure what else this "19th hole" has turned into, but the most recent iteration is Mangiamo by 604.

I love the 604 outlets (I've been to 604 Clubhouse as well as Restaurant 604, so I expected the same level of service and food).

We were seated at 657pm for our 700pm reservation.

We were promptly given waters, and was told that our server would be with us as soon as possible, as he was busy catching up with other guests.  I assumed they were short-staffed by that comment, and honestly, I didn't mind.  It wasn't exceptionally busy, but there was a party of 12 and a few other tables occupied, so I knew we had to be patient.

I was actually happy they were open since we tried to go to another 19th hole just before, but they closed early due to a shortage of staffing.

Complimentary Bread

The Complimentary Bread came out just 10 minutes later, after we put in our orders.  It wasn't nice and golden brown, but still palatable.
Chicharrones
The Chicharonnes, which were served at 734pm, was a 604 special (just $6.04), and it was good!  The pork skins were tossed in a togarashi spice and served with a shoyu vinegar dipping sauce.

Zuppa Toscana
We were given the Zuppa Toscana complimentary - I'm guessing because of the long wait.  Our server was repeatedly apologetic for the long wait times.

Stuffed Mushrooms
At 751pm, we finally got our second appetizer.  The mushrooms were stuffed with spinach artichoke dip and topped with bacon and a tomato-onion chutney butter sauce.  I liked the filling!

10 minutes later we got our entrees, and the kids were happy because they were pretty famished at that point.

I had the Chicken Marsala, which had pieces of chopped, breaded chicken mixed with rigatoni, mushrooms, and a creamy marsala sauce.  I thought the dish was under-seasoned, but it was a nice-sized portion.

Lasagna

Chicken Alfredo

Boss Lady Pasta
The Boss Lady Pasta consisted of bacon, mushrooms, truffle oil, chili peppers, and capellini.

Ratatouille

Before we got our entrees, our server advised he would take off the appetizers because of the long wait.  We told him it wasn't necessary, but he insisted.  I also heard other tables getting their apps comped.

When we got the bill, it stated "Guest Did Not Like Food - 100%" for the two apps we ordered.  I thought surely they're could've been another button to press or another reason to give, because we did like the apps . . .

Well, despite the long wait times to get our food, our server Fredrick, was very warm and pleasant, keeping us posted as much as he could.  His service was excellent, and because of the service, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Mangiamo by 604.

Breakfast at The Clubhouse Mlilani

It's no secret that I love The Clubhouse Mililani.  I think it's the best restaurant in Mililani, offering great, local food.
Saimin

Pork Belly Fried Rice Omelette

I had the Pork Belly Fried Rice Omelette, and it was delicious!  The fried rice itself was great, with chunks of pork belly and a finadene sauce, which made it very flavorful.  The omelette comes with toast, but I subbed it with tater tots (because I love tater tots!) for an upcharge.

Service was great, as usual.

The Clubhouse at Mililani - Sushi, Tacos, and So Much More!

I did not hesitate to visit The Clubhouse at Mililani when it opened, and I did not hesitate to say "yes" when I was asked to attend a media invite there.  The food is just so good, and I was so happy I got to try out even more food from the menu.

With Justin Mizufuka, Chef Arturo Silva, and Chef Lance Morishima at the helm, you get flavorful, well-executed dishes that are familiar and comforting.

Raw Bar Platter

Crunch Roll

Seafood Salad

Assorted Nigiri

Loaded Tater Tot Nachos

Dry Mein

Steak

Korean Fried Chicken

Crispy Pork Belly

My faves are the Loaded Tater Tot Nachos, Dry Mein, and Korean Fried Chicken (all of which I ordered recently for take-out).

The Seafood Salad was a hit on our table, and so was the Pork Belly (definitely would pair well with some beer!).

Also - don't miss Taco Tuesdays, where you can get $3 tacos!

I predicted before they even opened that The Clubhouse at Mililani would be the go-to spot in Mililani, and I stand by the prediction.  There really is no place else in Mililani like it!  It's the perfect place for a family meal, special occasion (private dining room is available), or some drinks and pupu after a round of golf.

Breakfast at Paliuli

I recently met @darayoung for breakfast at Paliuli at Mililani Golf Club.  It's been about a year since I first went to Paliluli for breakfast, so I was excited to go back!

Mini Kim Chee Fried Rice Omelet

Breakfast Special (Two eggs, meat, rice or toast)
I opted to get a Mini Kim Chee Fried Rice Omelet.  Last time I ordered a regular fried rice omelet and it was gigantic.  The mini is still pretty huge - I could only finish half!  I loved the fried rice - it was very tasty, with a little kick from the kim chee.

Service was very good, and Paliuli was a nice spot for breakfast!

Brunch at Pearl Country Club Restaurant

The only times I've been to Pearl Country Club were for graduation or retirement parties, and I never went to the Restaurant until last week.

Banana Pancakes

Lup Cheong Fried Rice with 1 egg and 2 Portuguese sausage

PCC Omelette (choice of 2 ingredients)

Crispy Belgian Waffles
Pancake Sandwich - 2 pancakes, 1 egg plus choice of meat
I ordered the Fried Rice.  I really enjoyed it - it was full of flavor, and I loved the slices of Lup Cheong throughout the dish.

My middle son had a Swiss Cheese and Mushroom Omelette with Hash Brown Potatoes.  The Hash Browns were a mixture of regular and sweet potatoes.  My son ate everything up!

In fact - everyone ate up all of their meals!

Prices were pretty reasonable, and the meals were very satisfying.

Service was a little slow, but our server was very friendly.

Pearl Country Club Restaurant is a great spot for breakfast or brunch!
