New in Mililani - Paliuli at Mililani Golf Club

I'm so happy a new restaurant opened up at the Mililani Golf Club.  The last time we went to the previous restaurant, we had such a bad experience, that we never went back.

Thankfully, I saw an Instagram post of a friend of my husband's that the new restaurant, Paliuli ("Garden of Eden," according to one of the servers), is now open, so our family went there for breakfast over the weekend.

I had the Fried Rice Omelet, which was huge - fried rice was just bursting through the eggs! The fried rice was really tasty, and full of lots of bacon and ham.

I shared the omelet with my husband, who ordered the Mini Breakfast - rice, 1 egg, and bacon (or other choice of meat).

One of my sons ordered the Paliuli Omelet, which was not like a typical omelet. Instead of eggs enveloping fillings, over easy eggs topped diced ham, bacon, potatoes, mushrooms, and peppers.

A keiki menu is offered, and two of my kids opted for the pancake. You get a choice of bananas or blueberries, but one of my kids doesn't like either fruit, so he ordered a plain pancake.

Prices are a little on the high side (e.g. $6.99 for a single kids pancake), but the service was excellent, and the food was really good.

I am so happy Paliuli opened up. I look forward to dining there for lunch or dinner!
