Kim Chee Dip Recipe

Every single time I've gone to Lineage on Maui, I've ordered the Kim Chee Dip.

And every single time, I'm the person that eats most of it out of my party.

It is so addicting - a slightly spicy, creamy concoction accompanied by extra crunchy Maebo One-Ton Chips.

Since I bought way too many packages of cream cheese the other day, I decided to make some Kim Chee Dip of my own!

I simply took 1/2 cup of kim chee, 1 8 oz package of cream cheese, 2 T of kim chee juice, and blended away until creamy.

Pour the mixture into a bowl, top with sliced green onions, then drizzle on more kim chee juice, if desired.

Serve with Mae Bo One-Ton Chips, or Ritz Crackers.

Yummy and addicting!

Tater Tot Baked Dip

I bought an enormous bag (8 lbs!) of tater tots, and accidentally bought 8 too many boxes of cream cheese, so I decided to look up recipes that included tater tots and cream cheese.

I found lots of tater tot dip recipes that used sour cream, so I decided to just sub the sour cream with cream cheese (as I have done with many dips before).

For this Tater Tot Baked Dip, simply chop 3 cups of thawed tater tots, and mix it with 2 blocks of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and 1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix.

Pour the contents into a pie plate, top with an additional cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Garnish with green onions, and serve warm with crackers.

Next time I'm adding bacon!
