Visit Maui: Lineage

I've been to Maui three times so far this year, and each time I've gone to Lineage for dinner - it's one of my favorite restaurants on Maui!

Kim Chee Dip
Pipikaula
The Kim Chee Dip and Pipikaula were from the cart.  I LOVE the Kim Chee Dip.  I could've eaten the entire thing myself!

Chicharon
I also love the Chicharon, which comes with a flask of SLAB Chili Pepper Water.  I couldn't stop eating the chicharon and drinking the chili pepper water.
Cold Ginger Chicken

Farm Salad

Musubi

Portuguese Bean Soup

Adobo

Poi Mochi

Smoke Meat
There have been some changes to the menu since my last visit.  A few things are no longer on the menu, including the Musubi, but it's an off-menu item you can order!

The Musubi is still one of my faves, but the Smoke Meat is my favorite menu item.  It used to be the Cauliflower Katsu Curry, but the Smoke Meat is a must-order.

Every single dish was so delicious!  It's hard to go wrong no matter what you order.

There is now also a prix fixe menu!

Chef Robert's Mui

Tapioca Pudding

Filipino Cereal

The Filipino Cereal is one of my fave desserts.  Made with Saloon Pilots and Creme Cracker Milk - so simple, yet so good!

I had the Tapioca Pudding before, but I guess I didn't dig down deep enough the last time, because this time I scooped up all the yummy tapioca and fruit.  It was so refreshing!

Dinner at Lineage was amazing, and I'm already eager to go back!
