Piggy Smalls Brunch

It's funny how a single IG post by Dara of soft serve from Piggy Smalls resulted in a brunch date (organized by Nadia) a few days later so we could indulge in soft serve ourselves and some other eats on Piggy Smalls' brunch menu.

Frozen S'mores Soft Serve
I ordered The Truffle Shuffle Quiche.  A light and fluffy souffle of eggs and summer truffle sofrito, mushrooms, and taleggio cheese was baked in a flaky, buttery crust.  It was a huge slice, and I ate it all (plus a side of bacon).

I'm not a huge marshmallow fan, but the Frozen S'mores Soft Serve was one of the best desserts I've had in a long time.  Chocolate sorbet, graham cracker crumble, brulee marshmallow - heaven!

We had a fab brunch at Piggy Smalls.  Can't wait to go back!
