Sunday Brunch on the Beach at Fish House Ko Olina

When I saw on Instagram that Fish House at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina would be launching Brunch on the Beach each Sunday, I immediately made reservations.

Gorgeous view!
Not only do I love Fish House (it's one of my new favorite restaurants!), but I love all things brunch!

Complimentary sweets
The new 3-course brunch menu offers a variety of dishes to choose from for $46 per person.

For the first course, I opted for the 50 First Dates Lilikoi Pancakes, and my husband ordered the Lobster Chilaquiles.

The pancake was soooooo good!  The pancake was stuffed with a sweet pastry cream that complemented the tart lilikoi.  I'm not a fan of sweets for breakfast or brunch, but I would definitely order this again.  It would even be great as a dessert.

The Lobster Chilaquiles were really tasty.  Layers of tortillas, egg, Cojita cheese, guacamole, and salsa made for a hearty dish.

Next I had the Fish House Salad.  Ice berg lettuce was topped with crab, and accompanied with bacon, shrimp, and a poached egg, and drizzled with 808 dressing.  I enjoyed all of the contrasting textures, and the salad was very filling.

My husband had the Garden of Eaten Greens, which consisted of pickled kabocha, goat cheese, and hazelnuts.  It was a beautiful salad, and I liked the addition of the hazelnuts!

For the final course, I decided to get the Not Your College Ramen.  It was so good!  The broth was slightly sweet, and the noodles, shrimp, bacon, nori, green onions, and egg all combined for one very slurp-worthy meal.

My husband enjoyed the Lobster Po Boy - fried lobster topped with a cabbage slaw and chili water, and accompanied by fries.

A keiki menu is offered for $8/kids or $16/teens, and also includes DIY cookie decorating in the Cookie Bar.

For those who bring kids ages 5 to 12, Fish House offers supervised keiki activities!

My husband and I did not hesitate to sign the kids up, and in fact the kids were eager to participate in the activities!

After the kids ordered, they were at the KidsZone for an hour.  They returned to eat, and after eating they decorated cookies at the Cookie Bar.  While they were away, my husband and I enjoyed a leisurely (quiet!) brunch.

The service, food, and ambience were all amazing.

It was a fantastic brunch experience!
