Noe at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina

At Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is Noe, an Italian restaurant overlooking the beautiful grounds of the property, with both indoor and outdoor seating.

You won't find your typical heavy pasta dishes at Noe, however.  Instead, you'll find a lighter menu incorporating local ingredients and homemade pastas.

Our server, Regina, advised us that typically Italian meals are served in three courses - an appetizer, a pasta dish, then an entree, but we were encouraged to order whatever pleased us.

Baked Gnocchi Romana, Gorgonzola
Chicken Paillard, Green Scallions, Walnut Pesto

Monchong, Kale, Pancetta, White Beans, Balsamic

Rosemary Potato

Chocolate Delizia, Mango Sorbet
The gnocchi were pillow-soft with a light, cheese essence, and was the perfect starter for our meal.

When my entree, the Chicken Paillard, arrived to the table I was shocked at how huge the portion of chicken was! Three meaty, juicy pieces of chicken were accompanied by green onions and a walnut pesto. The entire dish was so full of flavor - it was one of the best chicken dishes I had in a long time! The side of rosemary potatoes was a lovely match.

My husband enjoyed the beautifully-plated monchong, along with the crispy bites of pancetta.

The Chocolate Delizia was almost too pretty to eat! The layers of chocolate were just so decadent!

According to the kids menu, all kids are served celery sticks with eggplant dip with their meals. Although our server forgot to bring any out to the kids, it was okay, since I'm sure the adults would have ended up eating all the veggies anyway, and also because I knew they were in for a lot of food.
Kids Mini Pizza

Kids Side French Fries

Kids Mac 'n' Cheese

Kids Brown Butter Corn on the Cob
Kids Chocolate Chip Cookies

Kids Banana Split
Each of my kids ordered the pizza. On the menu it states "hidden veggies," but thankfully Regina warned us the veggies were quite obvious, so we opted for just the cheese on the pizzas. The pizzas were a nice size and looked delicious!

I was impressed with the kids banana split and the size of the two cookies!

The awesome thing about the kids meals is the price - just $8 for an entree, side, and dessert!

We had a lovely dinner.  Regina was extremely helpful in explaining certain menu items, and I was simply blown away by the flavors of the dishes.

I can imagine the ambience being even more enchanting at sunset or at night.  I can't wait to return for a date night with the hubby!
