The Chocolate Chip Sea Salt cookie was yummy!  It was soft and chewy, with huge chunks of chocolate throughout.

The banana bread was great.  I liked the addition of the coconut for added sweetness and texture.

The bakery also offers gelato and shakes!

Visit Nevada: Shake Shack

Shake Shack is always a good option for quick, but good fast food.  I don't eat burgers, so I usually order a chicken sandwich, but this time I decided to try the 'Shroom Burger - a fried portobello stuffed with cheese!

It was so delicious - I would definitely order it again.  

We also got various other burgers, as well as a bunch of sides and sweet treats (I finally tried the frozen custard!). 

You can opt for single or double patties, and customize the burgers with various toppings (for extra).

Visit Chicago: Jojo's Shake Bar

It was a warm day in Chicago, and I was looking for a cool treat for the kids, and found Jojo's Shake Bar was just a short walk away.

They specialize in - you guessed it, shakes, as well as boozy or CBD ones for adults.

Talk about a sugar rush! I loved the fun names of the shakes!

Betty's Burgers

I first heard about Betty's Burgers through Nat.  I know how much she loves her burgers, so if she says a burger is good, I trust her! 

And even though our family picked up food from Betty's Burgers, I trust that the burger is good, even though I didn't try it, simply based on what she said.

I'm not a huge burger eater.  If I go to a burger shop, I'll most likely eat a chicken sandwich (or a grilled cheese, or some other veggie-type burger).

The BBQ Chicken Burger was really good.  The chicken was tender and juicy, and topped with a house BBQ sauce.  Of course I had to add bacon!

I really liked the onion rings!
