Visit Osaka: 31 Ice Cream

Of course we had to stop at 31 Ice Cream while in Osaka to see what kind of flavors they had!  The flavor I wanted was out (Salty Caramel Break), so I got Chopped Chocolate.

When we got there, I was surprised at how crowded 31 Ice Cream was.  Turns out it was a weekend of the Yokubari Festival, or Indulgent Festival, where you can buy a triple "pop" (scoop) for 570 yen, and get up to 10 more scoops for 100 yen each.  So a bunch of people were there buying huge bowls of 10 scoops!

Visit Tokyo: 31 Ice Cream

While in Tokyo, we stopped in at 31 Ice Cream, aka Baskin Robbins.  I always enjoy seeing what interesting flavors and fun concoctions they may have, and on this visit, they had a lot of KitKat specials!

I got a kiddie scoop of Triple Chocolate Break, which had milk, dark, and bitter chocolate ice creams along with pieces of KitKat.

Two of my kids got The Chocolate Drink, which was made with KitKat.
