Beach Tree at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai

Upon checking into the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, I was famished, so I went to Beach Tree for lunch. Lunch is walk-in only, and fortunately, there was no wait.

Chips & Salsa

I started off with Chips & Salsa (it also came with guacamole) because I was so hungry - I figured this wouldn't take long to get to the table.

And it didn't.  A huge bowl of corn tortilla chips and containers of roasted salsa and guacamole were brought to the table, but shortly thereafter, my entree came too!

Wild Mushroom Pizza

I ordered the Wild Mushroom Pizza, which came with plenty of Ali`i, maitake, and porcini mushrooms.  It was drizzled with truffle oil - so delish!
Chargrilled Burger

The Burger was topped with Provolone, Crispy Prosciutto, and a Calabrian Chili Remoulade.  You could have fries or onion rings, or 50/50 (some of each) as a side.

Our server was very apologetic when she realized I was waiting for a very long time for her to run my credit card to pay for the bill, but overall both the service and food were great.

I passed Beach Tree during dinner time, and it was really crowded.  Advance reservations for dinner is a must!
