Visit Hawaii Island: The Fish and The Hog

Last month I revisited The Fish and The Hog in Waimea.

I enjoyed our experience the first time I went, and I distinctly remembered how much I loved the Onion Rings (nearly demolishing the entire plate myself), so I made sure to order that again.

Beer Battered Onion Rings
Once again, I nearly ate the entire serving of Onion Rings myself!  They are just so good!

The Sampler
The Sampler consists of Baby Back Ribs, Sausage, Chopped Pork, and Beef Brisket, and it comes with two sides.  We opted for Cheddar & Green Chile Cornbread and Deep Fried Brussels Sprouts (the cornbread is a must!).

Uncle's Sweet & Spicy Chicken Wings

Ben's Smokey, Sweet, & Spicy Beans

BBQ Nachos
I thought the wings and beans were both tasty (and neither very spicy).

The BBQ Nachos comes with your choice of pork, chicken, or you can request it vegetarian style (we opted for pork).  It was so yummy!

The food and service did not disappoint.  Everything we ordered I would order again!
