Visit Waimea: The Fish and The Hog

I was eager to try The Fish and The Hog after seeing many mentions on social media.

Beer Battered Onion Rings
The Sampler

BLT

The Onion Rings were some of the best I've had (I ate nearly the entire plate myself!).  The BLT, made with house cured and smoked bacon, was really good.

The Sampler consisted of Baby Back Ribs, Sausage, Chopped Pork, and Beef Brisket.  You can get a choice of two sides, and my husband opted for Classic Potato Salad and Cheddar & Green Chile Cornbread.
Kids  Veggie Sticks & Dip
Kids Hamburger

Kids Mac N Cheese

All kids meals are $10 or less, and include veggie sticks and dip, a side, a drink, and a toy!  The portions were enormous for a kid's meal!

Lilikoi Cheesecake
The Lilikoi Cheesecake, although not as dense as I typically like it, was quite tart, but still good.

Service at The Fish and The Hog was excellent, and I really enjoyed the food.
