It's nice to see how popular Taqueria El Ranchero in Wahiawa has become.

After a somewhat disappointing first visit when they opened up four years ago, we subsequently gave them a try for breakfast and were impressed with the improvements.

The eatery was packed!  And for good reason - the food is just so good!

The burritos are stuffed with fillings, and so are the quesadillas.

I had the enchiladas, which were served with rice and beans.

The flavors of the ingredients really melded together nicely.

I love the salsa bar, where you can choose from a variety of salsas (mild to spicy) to add to your dish.

The food comes out hot and fresh, so there may be a wait, but the fresh chips and salsa are the perfect distraction!
