Breakfast at Taqueria El Ranchero

A couple of years ago we picked up food from Taqueria El Ranchero.  I enjoyed the food, and I've been eager to go back to try their breakfast!

While we waited for our food to be cooked, we were given some complimentary chips, and we had access to the salsa bar.

There are a couple of American breakfast options on the menu, but a majority of the menu consists of Mexican dishes.

El Americano

Huevos con Chorizo

Breakfast Burrito

Mexican Omelette

I had the Huevos con Chorizo.  It was delicious!  The eggs and Mexican sausage were just so full of flavor.  I loved the potatoes too!  The meal also came with a choice of refried or black beans.

The Breakfast Burritos were huge - stuffed with eggs, potatoes, cheese, onions, peppers, and choice of meat.

Service was great, and prices were reasonable.

Taqueria El Ranchero is a great spot for Mexican in Wahiawa!
