The Beet Box Cafe

I've been wanting to try The Beet Box Cafe ever since they moved into their current location in Haleiwa several years ago.  They focus on offering fresh, local, organic produce whenever possible in their dishes, many of which are vegetarian or vegan.

"What's for Breakfast" Sandwich

Vegan Breakfast Burrito

Keiki Plate

Piddly's Pancakes

I had the Vegan Breakfast Burrito, which consisted of red onions, bell peppers, garlic, zucchini, tofu, Soyrizo, black beans, avocado, and brown rice. It was tasty and filling.

The What's for Breakfast sandwich consisted of scrambled eggs, avocado, greens, clover sprouts, aioli, and spicy love sauce.

A keiki menu is available.  The Keiki plate consists of egg, avocado, toast, and fruit.

I thought the food was good, and I definitely want to return to try out their lunch items.
