Scratch Kitchen & Meatery Spring 2018 Brunch

Scratch Kitchen & Meatery is a Hawaii Mom Blog fave.  We've blogged about this popular brunch spot many times, and have dined there for both lunch and dinner as well.

I recently went to try out the Spring 2018 Brunch Menu.

Haupia Creme Brulee French Toast

Taco Fried Rice

Pork Adobo Loco Moco
'Milk N' Cereal' Pancakes
I'm not a sweets person when it comes to brunch, nor am I a pancake fan, but the 'Milk N' Cereal' Pancakes are my most favorite pancakes ever.  Light and fluffy pancakes are served with an amazing "milk" syrup.  If you haven't tried them yet, order them on your next visit!

The Taco Fried Rice was fabulous.  Chorizo and black beans were mixed together with rice, and topped with a sunny egg and queso.  It was seasoned perfectly, and had a slight kick to it.  Had there not been other dishes on our table, I probably would've eaten the entire bowl of Taco Fried Rice all by myself.

The Pork Adobo Loco Moco was fantastic as well.  Pork Adobo was served atop garlic rice, and accompanied by pickled red onions, cilantro, and an egg.  The pork was flavorful and tender, and because I love pickled red onions and cilantro, this was a fave as well.

The Haupia Creme Brulee French Toast was amazing.  It was like dessert for breakfast.

I would definitely order all of the above again!
