Visit Louisville: Louisville Marriott East

While in Louisville, our family stayed at the luxurious 252-room Louisville Marriott East.

I was impressed as soon as I stepped into the gorgeous lobby, and I absolutely loved the bourbon theme throughout the property.  I've never been to a hotel with bourbon bottles adorning the front desk!
Bottles greet guests at check-in!

In fact, the Louisville Marriott East is the official hotel of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, and is a stop on the Urban Bourbon Trail, with Charr'd Bourbon Kitchen & Lounge.

After a friendly check-in process, I went up to our 2 queen-bed room.

The warm, neutral decor was complemented by pops of silver throughout the spacious room.

The room included a 42-inch flat screen TV, mini fridge, and work desk, as well as many thoughtful details, such as reading lights, and a sufficient number of outlets to plug in all of our tech!

I loved how the bourbon theme continues throughout the guest rooms!

The bathroom was clean, with a large vanity and a walk-in shower.

The Louisville Marriott East provides complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, and offers a fitness center, indoor pool, whirlpool, and a lobby shop.

The Louisville Marriott East is conveniently located near a major freeway for easy access to some of Louisville's top attractions, and is just a short drive away from numerous other restaurants, big box stores, and even a popular liquor store, so you can buy some bourbon to bring home with you!

Even though the Louisville Marriott East is a popular hotel for meetings and other special events, and there were lots of people coming and going throughout our stay, we never had any issues with noise, or even finding a parking spot.

I would highly recommend the Louisville Marriott East to anyone visiting the area!
