Visit Whistler: Hot Buns Bakery

On our first morning in Whistler we ate breakfast at the first spot we stumbled upon that was open - Hot Buns Bakery.

Blueberry Muffin

Breakfast Wrap
Breakfast Crepe

Mediterranean Crepe

Strawberry & Whipped Cream Waffle
I had the Breakfast Wrap, which consisted of eggs, bacon, onions, and potatoes.   Unfortunately, there was something in the wrap that I just didn't like.  My husband gave it a taste, and said it tasted fine, but there was something in the filling - probably some kind of seasoning, that I didn't care for.

So I ended up switching with my husband, who ordered the Breakfast Crepe stuffed with ham, cheese, and egg, and it was more to my liking.

My middle son loved his Mediterranean Crepe, which was filled with tomatoes, spinach, onions, olives, and feta, and I actually liked this crepe more than the Breakfast Crepe.

My oldest opted for a Blueberry Muffin, and my youngest had a waffle.

The food was basic, yet satisfying, and the service was prompt and friendly.

Hot Buns Bakery was a nice, cozy spot for breakfast.
