Visit Las Vegas: Top 10 Reasons Why I Enjoyed Staying at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino

The Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino was an ideal hotel for our family while we were in Vegas.

Here are the top 10 things I enjoyed about the hotel:

1. Monorail stop - The Las Vegas Monorail stops at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, which made it very convenient for us to get to the strip.

2. Recently-renovated rooms - The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated.
3. Plenty of dining options - one of the restaurants on site at which we had dinner was Benihana - the most entertaining dinner!
4. Mini refrigerator - a mini fridge is a must whenever we stay at a hotel - it helps to chill our water bottles and keeps our leftovers cold.
5. Plenty of free parking - we never had any issues finding parking.
6. Scenic Elevator - My kids loved going in the scenic elevator and taking a look at the views while riding in it.
7. Activities and entertainment on site - whether you want to gamble or watch a show, there are numerous activities and shows right on the property!
8. Elvis exhibits - known as Elvis Presley's former home, throughout the hotel there are several exhibits paying homage to the King.
9. Magnificent views!
10. Complimentary lemonade in the lobby - it was unseasonably hot when we visited, so the complimentary lemonade was a welcome refreshment.

  1. Sounds like you had a great time. Love seeing your pics, since I haven't been there in a long time. I worked in the promenade back in the early 90's, when it was Las Vegas Hilton. It's nice to see it is still as magnificent as it was back then or even more so now!
