When it comes to plate lunches, we usually stick to the same eateries. We rarely go to new plate lunch spots in fear of the food not being that good, or prices too high, but a recent visit to Mark's Drive Inn in Stadium Mall proved otherwise.

One of the departments for a company I previously worked for was located at Stadium Mall, and one of the eateries (no longer in existence) would dish out plates of Fried Chicken Wings with Ginger Sauce (aka our company's "special").
Being in Stadium Mall made me long for that dish, so I ordered the Fried Chicken Wings with a side of Ginger Sauce.

Wow - it was just as good as the original "special." The fried chicken wings by themselves were very tasty, but with the ginger sauce it was even more delicious!
Everything we ordered was so good! The chicken katsu was some of the best I've had!
Portions are generous (even for the minis), and the regular size plate lunches come with kim chee, cabbage, and sprouts in addition to mac salad and rice.
Mark's Drive Inn is a great spot to pick up plate lunches!
