About Cake Envy
My name is Amy and I am the premier cheesecake designer of the world’s most fabulous cheesecakes. Cake Envy first opened for business (as The Cheesecake Lady) in June 1997 in Rota, Spain. However, I had been baking and perfecting cheesecake recipes for two years prior. My friends and family were constantly encouraging me to sell my creations so that the rest of the world could enjoy the passion.

January 2014, I opened Cake Envy in Downtown Honolulu, HI. Cheesecake is sold by whole cheesecake. Please call us 48 hours in advance and choose from our selection of over 100 unique flavors (808) 376-9747.

I am proud to offer over 100 different varieties of world-class cheesecakes. From Spain our business moved to Monterey, CA and then to beautiful Hawaii (much to the dismay of our loyal customers!) It wasn’t long before we had a whole new set of cheesecake followers! Cake Envy cheesecakes have been enjoyed by the cast and crew of hit TV shows and movies including Fox’s North Shore and ABC’s LOST.
