Kawaii Face Masks from Blippo

Disclosure: complimentary product was received for review purposes. All opinions are honest and entirely my own.

Visit Blippo.come for an amazing selection of Japanese candy, stationery, and generally all things cute. Newest to their line up are protective cute Kawaii Face Masks. The disposable masks come in a 10 pack and are made from high-grade fabric and for non-medical use.  The masks are made with 3 protective layers and cover the nose, mouth, and chin for full protection. The masks come with an adjustable nose band for a light seal around your face and elastic earloops.

I found the Kawaii face mask very comfortable to wear as I wore mine to breakfast, shopping, the spa, and an eyelash extension appointment.  It lasted me the entire day and proved to be comfortable. Most fun of all, I got so many compliments on the cute design!

Visit Blippo to order.  This face mask would make the perfect Christmas stocking stuffer!

Just the Masks - New Mask Style from The Barrier Method + 15% off Your Order

Disclosure: Complimentary product was received for review purposes.  All opinions are honest and entirely my own.

The Barrier Method’s new mask style “Just the Mask” is the answer to my prayers for the perfect mask. I was already a huge fan of the company’s winged scarf style masks (my must have when I travel by air), but having a scarf around my neck got a little hot in this Hawaii summer weather.

The mask comes in two styles: with traditional ear straps or headband and tie.  The headband and tie style is the perfect solution for me as I cannot lose it. No more masks hanging from one ear!  Now, I simply pull it down and the mask hangs from my neck.  I found this super useful when I run around the neighborhood and need a breath of fresh air.

I also tried the mask on my 9 year old son and because the straps are adjustable, it fits him well too. I worry that during school he may lose his mask, but this style ensures he doesn’t.  The mask is super comfortable and made of two layers of anti-microbial fabric that is wicking, breathable, has a silky feel, and offers UPF 50 sun protection. The mask has a pocket for a filter and most importantly, it has a nose wire to create a better seal.

Thank you to The Barrier Method for generously offering 15% off with code Nadia15 for our Hawaii Mom Blog readers!

Sticker Mule Masks

Sticker Mule make custom stickers, magnets, and more for your business (we use them for Na`au), but they have expanded to offering masks.  The masks are not yet customizable, but they are reasonably-priced, are designed with a filter pocket, and come with ear savers (my order happened to arrive with with complimentary filters, so I'm not sure if this is the new standard or they are just including them for a limited time).

If you are a first-time customer, you can sign up for their email list for a $10 discount code!

Old Navy Masks

Another online retailer from which I bought masks was Old Navy.

I bought a 5-pack of adult masks, and a 5-pack of kids masks.  All masks are triple-layer with elastic ear loops, and the patterns you get are random.

They were very reasonably-priced, at just $12.50 per 5-pack.

Nordstrom Family Pack Masks

I ordered an Andy & Evan 8-Pack Family Face Masks Pack from Nordstrom for 29.99 (free shipping!).

They are made from 3 layers of 3-ply cotton and have pouches for filters, and have adjustable elastic for comfort.

They are some of the softest masks I've yet to purchase!

Face Masks from AlohaFunWear.com

Although I already had some face masks at home (because I always travel with them in my carryon), I decided to purchase some washable cloth face masks.  Fortunately, I found some on AlohaFunWear.com, and ordered them just as the face mask advisory went out (they have since stopped taking orders in order to resolve production bottlenecks).

The masks come in a variety of aloha prints, and I will be stashing some in my purse and car for when I need to leave the house.

Fun Fact:  Owner Scott Murakami was one of our wedding videographers, and even gave business advice when I wanted to start a business over a decade ago!

Whether you need masks (hopefully they restart production soon) or some aloha wear, check out AlohaFunWear.com!
