Tanaka Ramen & Izakaya - Faves + Seasonal Specials

Tanaka Ramen & Izakaya is one of my faves. They have such a great variety of foods - ramen, curries, and more. We were invited to try their seasonal specials, and of course we had to get our faves as well (we went to the Town Center of Mililani location).
 
Seasonal Specials available through Oct. 31:

Summer Special Hiyashi

The Summer Special Hiyashi had an umami-laden tsuyu broth. So refreshing and perfect for the season!

Ebi Katsu

The crisp Ebi Katsu paired nicely with the jalapeño mayo dipping sauce, which gave the shrimp a nice kick.

My go-to is usually a Curry Bowl + Gyoza.
