Rice Box Cafe is one of my faves in Mililani. The elevated plate lunches, featuring local, Japanese fare, are consistently good.  Ever since my first visit a few years ago, the food and service have never waivered.

My go-to is the Chicken Katsu, which is topped with a tsukemono aioli + katsu sauce.
