Leeward Drive-Inn's Fried Chicken

I grew up eating Leeward Drive-Inn's Fried Noodles, and many people know that that's a go-to from the restaurant, but it wasn't until a few years ago did I discover just how good the Fried Chicken is. \

School Lunch
My go-to is the School Lunch, which includes fried noodles, a huge piece of fried chicken, hot dog, rice, and Portuguese sausage. It's so much food and lasts me multiple meals.

Even as leftovers, the chicken is still so juicy and tender.  Pop it in a toaster oven or air-fryer to crisp up the skin!
