Dry Mein at Shiro's Saimin Haven

I went to Shiro's Saimin Haven for the first time since the pandemic began, and was pleasantly surprised that they now offer Dry Mein, featuring Sun Noodles!

I passed on my usual Wun Tun Min to try the new dish!

It comes with a dipping Dashi Broth and a Teri Beef Stick.

It is absolutely delish!  I ate the entire bowl, and I think the Dry Mein, topped with green onions, kamaboko, and char siu, and luncheon meat, may be my new Shiro's fave!

I couldn't resist getting my other usual - French Fries with Gravy!

I can't wait to eat the Dry Mein again!
