Shiro's Saimin Haven

The in-laws invited us to dinner last weekend at Shiro's Saimin Haven in Aiea. It's the perfect place for families, since it has a large seating area, and the menu has something for everyone.

There are over 60 items on their saimin menu! I ordered the Mochiko Chicken Saimin with Wun Tun, vegetables and garnishes.  My son ate all of the saimin noodles and some of the mochiko chicken, leaving me with the wun tons and vegetables.

The hubby ordered the Teri Beef Sandwich Saimin with Wun Tun, Vegetables and Garnishes. The teri beef sandwich came with a decent-sized slice of teriyaki beef.

My other son wanted chicken nuggets and french fries from the kid's menu.

On a side note, Shiro's Saimin Haven just celebrated its 50th Anniversary!  Here's to 50 more!
