Skybox Taphouse recently opened in the International Market Place, and I had a chance to dine there for the first time during a media event.

The Caprese was full of tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, all drizzled with balsamico and a tomato pesto.

The Truffle Fries were some of the best I've had in a while. They were seriously addicting!

| Waffle Battered Chicken Strips |
The Waffle Battered Chicken Strips were good, although a bit underseasoned. It comes with your choice of salad or fries (get the fries!).

| The G.O.A.T. |
The G.O.A.T pizza was topped with mozzarella, soppressata, pepperoni, meatballs, basil, chili oil, and oregano. It was really tasty!

| Skybox Smash Burger |
The Skybox Smash Burger consisted of wagyu, caramelized onion jam, bacon aioli, smoked gouda, and arugula on a brioche bun.

| Crème Fraîche Panna Cotta |
Service was excellent, and they give a kama`aina discount!
