Mochy Mochy Garlic Butter Noodle Kit by Sun Noodle

Thank you to our sponsor for providing this complimentary noodle kit for us to try.

Sun Noodle will be adding another delicious, easy to make at home noodle kit to their line-up: the Mochy Mochy Garlic Butter Fried Noodle Kit.  In Japanese, "Mochy Mochy" refers to a chewy and bouncy sensation.  Thus, this kit comes with a generous portion of pre-cooked, thick and chewy okinawan soba noodles and a pack of garlic butter sauce.

All you need to do is stir fry your favorite veggies and protein (I used onions, mushrooms, and shrimp) at high heat....

add the okinawan soba noodles and 3/4 cup of water to the pan and gently stir to loosen the noodles.

Add the garlic butter sauce, and stir for a few more minutes until the sauce is mixed in well with the noodles.

These creamy, garlicky noodles were a big hit with my family! And what's great about this kit is that you can add whatever ingredients and garnishes to you desire. I am planning to make it with bacon and mushrooms next time around!

Unfortunately I have not received word on when these kits will be available in stores or on the Sun Noodle website. Keep checking their website and Instagram page (@sunnoodles) for updates!
