Leonard's Malasadas

Leonard's Bakery is one of those place where someone just needs to mention part of the business name (Leonard's) and you automatically know what that person is talking about (malasadas).

I'm not a huge malasadas fan, but I was at an event in the Pearlridge Center parking lot, and saw that there was no line for Leonard's, so I decided to buy some for the kids.

Pillowy puffs of dough fried up nicely and coated with lots of sugar - they were the perfect afternoon treat (yes - I ate one - it hit the spot!)!
