PAI Honolulu's New Ho`o.PAI Culinary Kit Series

PAI Honolulu launched a new ho`o.PAI Culinary Kit Series, in which guests can purchase a meal kit that includes everything needed to make a fabulous spread at home.

Each kit comes with prepped ingredients, easy-to-follow instructions, and a YouTube video tutorial!

I was gifted the first kit in the ho`o.PAI culinary series - the Mother's Day Brunch Queue:⁣⁣
•Custard French Toast w/Honey Thyme Roasted Strawberries, Shoyu Maple Syrup⁣⁣
•Housemade Fennel and Sage Sausage⁣⁣
•Herb Roasted New Spring Potatoes with Pickled Onion⁣⁣
•Chicken Confit & Braised Chickpea Stew⁣⁣
•Fresh Fruit Melange⁣⁣
⁣⁣
You could simply follow the included instructions that comes with the kit, but watching Chef Kevin Lee's video tutorial was so helpful, and it was insightful as well, as he explained different techniques, concepts, and ingredients.

I also liked that I could pause and rewind at any time to make sure I was doing the steps correctly.

The end result was delish!  The Custard French Toast is one of my faves at PAI (LOVE the Shoyu Maple Syrup!), and the Chicken Confit & Braised Chickpea Stew was just a big, delicious bowl of comfort.

I loved the interactive aspect of the kit, and watching Chef Kevin prepare the exact same dishes helped to build that connection.

Visit PAI Honolulu's website to find out what the next kit is and create your own PAI meal in the comfort of your own home!
