Miro at Home

Last month I had plans to go to Miro Kaimuki.  Of course, it didn't happen, since the state had to shut down because of the pandemic.  Even though dining in is still not allowed, I was able to pick up a meal from Miro, as part of their Miro at Home series.

Each week they offer a fabulous meal with everything prepped, and simple reheating instructions are included.
For the day I ordered, the meal included Hot smoked salmon with pickled fennel chimmichuri, hot crab kale dip, baby carrots, twice baked potato, Miro bread, and cheesecake.
The reheating instructions were simple to follow, and everything was packaged and color-coded so there was no way you could mess up!
