Crunchy Roasted Chickpeas

I tried to make Roasted Chickpeas once before, but they didn't turn out too crispy.

I tried making them again, and this time, they turned out very crispy!

They are perfect as a snack or on salads or on Buddha Bowls!

Crunchy Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients:
  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas, rinsed, drained, and dried
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 t chili powder
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Drizzle oil onto chickpeas and sprinkle on chili powder.  Toss with spoon to make sure chickpeas are evenly coated.
  • Bake for another 10 minutes. Stir, then bake for an additional 10 minutes.
I found the original recipe here on Joy Food Sunshine.
