Grazing Boards

I love grazing boards.  I see them on IG all the time, and secretly wish I could make those really pretty and elaborate ones.

But I just don't have the time.  Or the patience.  And usually - I just don't have the right ingredients.

One evening, when I was just too lazy to cook dinner (which is usually every evening), I decided to make a grazing board with crackers, meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, and spreads.  It was a great way to clean out the pantry and fridge, and expose the kids to a variety of fruits and veggies.

It was nothing fancy, but it was good enough, and it encouraged the kids to try new foods and new combinations...and they just loved eating with their hands!

I loved it too - give me a platter of just cheese and crackers and I'll be happy.

My goal for the new year is to try and make more themed grazing boards (a dessert one is high on my list!) - and to make them look nicer.

I think this was a good effort!
