Cloud Nine Cafe Opens at Market City

Cloud Nine Cafe celebrated its grand opening today at Market City.  Members of the media were invited for a blessing ceremony, and subsequently indulged in the signature Japanese-style Souffle Pancakes, Bubble Tea Drinks, as well as Taiwanese dishes inspired by owner Anna Tam's roots in her home country.

Pork Dumplings
The Dumplings were delicious.  They were stuffed with flavorful pork.
Ham, egg, cheese, cucumber; cooked dried pork, egg, cucumber, tuna with onion, egg, cheese

Cold Noodles with Sesame Sauce
The sandwiches were filling, and the noodles were perfect for a warm day.

Tea Eggs
I tried Tea Egg for the first time, and I thought it was good - the tea flavor was very mild.
