Mina's Fish House

It has become a tradition to celebrate my birthday at Mina's Fish House at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina.

Complimentary Lafa
Phyllo-Crusted Butterfish

Mari's Little Gem Lettuce

Pork Fried Rice

The Mari's Little Gem Lettuce salad included Maui onion dip, garlic streusel, truffle vinaigrette, and aged Parmesan.  The flavors were very bold, and I loved how cheesy it was!

The Pork Fried Rice was full of chunks of smoked pork belly.  I loved the addition of the furikake, which added a pleasant saltiness.

A Keiki Menu is offered, with everything from salads to familiar kid faves.
Grilled Cheddar Cheese Sandwich

Macaroni

Lafa Flatbread & Veggie Sticks

The new dessert menu just launched, and I just had to get the Manjari Valrhona Chocolate Semifreddo.  If you love chocolate, you'll love this decadent dessert!

Coconut Panna Cotta
The Coconut Panna Cotta was very refreshing.  It was topped with mango and guava-strawberry shaved ice.

Service was great, and it was another lovely dinner at Mina's Fish House!
