Mina's Fish House Celebrates One Year at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina with Special Menu

A year has flown by quickly!

I can still remember my first visit to Mina's Fish House at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina in December of 2017.  Although it had just soft-opened, the service was excellent, and the food was fantastic.

In just the past year, Mina's Fish House has been fine-tuning the dining experience, including creating the world's Fish Sommelier position.  Ryan Houser, Fish Sommelier, will help guests choose the perfect fish for their meal.  His passion for all things fish-related is evident.  He'll tell you the best fish based on your preferences, what would be the ideal preparation; he'll tell you where the fish was from and why the fish was used in a certain dish.

One could only be so lucky to have a job that he or she truly enjoys, as Ryan obviously loves his job.

I met Ryan at an event celebrating Mina's Fish House's anniversary, throughout which guests were treated to an array of sips and bites.

Mina's Fish House is offering a special Anniversary Dinner from 4/8-4/14.  For $95 per adult, a four-course dinner includes Crudo of Hawaiian Snapper, Diver Scallop Spaghetti, choice of Wild Caught Mahi Mahi or 8oz Prime Filet Mignon, and Baked Alaska (additional $55 for wine pairing).

Congratulations, Mina's Fish House!
