Celebrating at Senia

Hawaii Mom Blog had a lot of celebrating to do in August. Not only was it my and Nadia's birthday month, but it was also Hawaii Mom Blog's 5th Blogiversary! To celebrate these occasions, HMB Founder/Chief Blogger Gem treated us to an AMAZING dinner at Senia.

Here's what the three of us devoured:

Kusshi Oysters

Ahi Tartare

Kalua Pork & Cabbage Croquettes

Roasted Bone Marrow

Charred Cabbage

Hirabara Farms' Thumbelina Carrots

Casancelli with Truffles

Chouquette

Le Cannele

Souffle Cheesecake

This was definitely one of the more remarkable and memorable dining experiences that I've had in a very long time. Each dish was beautifully plated and gratifying. My most favorite dish of the evening was the ahi tartare, which was recommended by several of my friends. It's not on their daily menu, therefore you may need to ask for it if your server doesn't mention it as one of their daily specials.

The Hawaii Mom Blog team!

Gem, thanks for an enjoyable evening full of great food and great company!
