Koko Head Cafe

It's been two years since I first visited Koko Head Cafe, so I thought I was overdue for another visit!

Breakfast Bibimbap

Hawaiian-Style Pancakes

Volcano Eggs

The Breakfast Bibimbap is a top-seller at Koko Head Cafe.  Crispy garlic rice is topped with bacon, Portuguese sausage, ham, kimchi, mushrooms ong choy, carrots, bean sprouts, and an egg.  So many ingredients in a single skillet!  The flavors were fantastic!

The Hawaiian-Style Pancakes were really good.  They were moist and complemented nicely by the fruit syrup and coconut.

The Volcano Eggs was recommended by our server.  Baked eggs in a spicy tomato sauce was topped with cheese and a choice of veggies or Portuguese sausage (my husband opted for both).

Koko Head Cafe is definitely one of my favorite brunch spots on the island!
