Visit Maui: Wailea Coastal Walk

Despite having stayed in Wailea several times, it wasn't until our most recent trip did we take a stroll along the Wailea Coastal Walk.

We were staying at the Fairmont Kea Lani, which gave us easy access to one end of the walk, near Polo Beach.

The paved walk made it really easy to stroll along the coast, and the views were absolutely stunning!

Swaying palms, waves crashing against lava rocks, and canoe paddlers were common sights.

We saw some honu (green sea turtles), and it's possible to see dolphins or whales from the walk as well.

We didn't walk the entire walk - just about 30 minutes each way, but had we more time, and started earlier in the day (it was about 9am when we started, and it was HOT!), we probably would've walked the entire path.

The Wailea Coastal Walk is a great way to take in some spectacular views while getting some exercise!
