Visit Indianapolis: BRICS Ice Cream

Our ice cream stop in Indiana brought us to BRICS (Broad Ripple Ice Cream Station), which is housed in an old train station!

BRICS serves Michigan-made Sherman's ice cream.
Scooperman
Peppermint Stick
Yellow Cake Batter
Yellow Cake Batter is the most popular flavor offered at BRICS!

Yellow cake pieces and fudge were mixed in with cake batter ice cream.  It definitely reminded me of the boxed cake mix!

Scooperman was a mixture of Blue Moon, Wild Cherry, and Lemon ice cream flavors.

Service was very friendly, and BRICS sure was a popular spot for ice cream in the Broad Ripple area!
