Mina's Fish House

Award-winning, world-renowned Chef Michael Mina has taken over the former Fish House at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, executing a dream he's had for the past 20 years.

Mina's Fish House focuses on a line-to-table philosophy, using locally-sourced ingredients and collaborating with a talented group of people to create dishes that can be enjoyed with friends and family in a warm, laid-back ambience.

At the event we were able to hear about the inspiration behind some of Chef Michael's dishes, as well as sample some of the cuisine and cocktails:

Shellfish Platter

Spice-Crusted Whole Fish Fry

Day-Boat Grilled Fish - Local Market Vegetables Citronette, Grilled Lemon

Michael Mina's Ahi Tartare

Marinated Hass Avocado Salad

Garlic & Duck Fat French Fries

Kona Lobster & Coconut Bisque

Lemongrass-Infused Sausage & Clams
If Can, Can

Tranquilizer

As the restaurant continues to transform, guests will be able to dine on one of several decks, including a "toes in the sand" experience.

Even though the transition to Mina's Fish House just took place and will continue to take place over the next few months, the partnership seems only natural.  Two world class brands come together to create a dining experience like no other on Oahu!  I'm excited to go back again, and again, and again!
