Dinner at Moena Cafe

Last week Nadia and I were treated to a fabulous dinner at Moena Cafe.  We were both already familiar with their fab breakfasts, but I was excited to try out the dinner menu!

Furikake Garlic Fries

Pulehu Chicken

Short Rib on Garlic Mashed

Moena Brownie Sundae

Cream Cheese Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce

We couldn't resist ordering the Furikake Garlic Fries.  The serving was huge, and the fries were just so addicting!

I decided to order the Pulehu Chicken. That half-chicken was bigger than my head!  The sous-vide chicken was tender and juicy, and the garlic BBQ sauce was really good.   I barely made a dent in that chicken - it was such a huge piece!

For dessert, I opted for the Cream Cheese Bread Pudding.  I love bread pudding, and Moena's was amazing.  It was thick and dense, and topped with vanilla ice cream.  So decadent!

I also tried the brownie - it was so rich and indulgent!

Dinner was fantastic and so was the service.  I can't wait to go back with the family (there is a keiki menu!).
