New to Waipio Gentry: Black Sheep Cream Co.

Hooray for a new craft ice cream shop in Waipio Gentry!  The local business is open from 10am to 9pm daily and is located by Subway next to Costco.  The mouthwatering pictures on IG were hard to miss so I stopped by with my son while my daughter was in dance class.

I couldn't convince him to share the flight of 4 ice creams and one sauce ($10.50) with me because he was set on having his own one scoop ($4.50) in a cup.  The creamery has 15 flavors on the menu and 3 limited flavors of the month.  I opted for one of the limited flavors - Queen of Tarts, a raspberry cheesecake cream with graham cracker crust.  Delicious!

Of course after dance class, I had to bring my daughter too.  She sampled some flavors and decided on the black sesame which was also super creamy and amazing.  Besides the excellent ice cream, Black Sheep also offers espresso based drinks and affogato.

Service here is very friendly and we look forward to returning.  Seating is somewhat limited.
