Visit Tokyo: Brigela

Brigela is an eatery that offers gelato sandwiched between brioche (Bri from brioche + Gela from gelato = Brigela).

Although a gelato-stuffed brioche was tempting, I love eating ice cream from a cone, so that's what I ordered!

Crema con Croccantini + Sakura
Since it was cherry blossom season, lots of places around Tokyo were offering Sakura items, so of course I ordered Sakura gelato.  I also ordered the Crema con Croccantini (a regular size gelato gets you two flavors!), which was a caramel / nut combination.  Both of the flavors were just so good!
Limonede + Strawberry Milk

Gianduja + Vaniglia

Black Sesame + Strawberry Milk

Gianduja + Pistachio
Everyone else ate up their treats. The gianduja was a chocolate/hazelnut/marshmallow combination. Limonede was a little tart (loved the blue), and the strawberry milk was another fave.

Brigela was a great place for gelato - in a brioche, cone, or cup!
