New to Ward Village: Scratch Kitchen and Meatery

Scratch Kitchen and Bakeshop is my favorite place to brunch.  Brian Chan and his team do a wonderful job of changing up the menu every season by updating favorites and adding new creations.  I was ecstatic when Scratch Kitchen and Meatery opened last month with added dinner service this month.

The new location is in the South Shore Market and is larger than its Chinatown location, but offers the same amazing dishes.  One exception, the strawberries n' cream stuffed French toast (pictured above) is exclusive to the new Ward location.

I'd recommend getting there at opening or be prepared for a long wait.  But the good news is there are a lot of great shops nearby to keep your belly distracted!  Looking forward to returning and also trying out the new dinner service!
