Stuffing Waffles

If you have Thanksgiving leftovers - particularly stuffing and turkey, turn them into savory waffles!

Just take about 4 cups of leftover stuffing and 1 cup of leftover turkey (shredded) and mix together with two eggs.  I also added 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

I then placed the mixture into a waffle maker, and cooked for approximately 6-8 minutes, until golden brown.

They are great on their own, or pour some leftover gravy on it - YUM!

One of my kids ended up making a sandwich with the waffles!

You can also top the waffle with more turkey, and even cranberry sauce.

What a great way to use up leftovers!
