3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

After I tweeted Nadia's post about Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies, @SherriB03 tweeted me a 3-ingredient peanut butter cookie recipe - "1 cup crunchy peanut butter, 1 egg, 1/2 cup sugar.  Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes."

I was thinking "What?  Really? Just 3 ingredients?"

Of course I had to give it a try.  I doubled the recipe and added chocolate chips so it turned out to be a 4-ingredient recipe.  I also baked for about 10 minutes.
The end result was super soft and chewy peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.

Easy and delish!

This is definitely a recipe that I'll turn to whenever I need a last-minute treat!

Thank you @SherriB03!
